Check power cord connection.
Check the power source of outlet.
Single master without slave. Most of HDD drives come with the jumper setting as a master without slave so you may not need to change the jumper setting after you purchase HDD and install it into DVR. Check the documentation that came with your hard drive.
Yes. DVR supports Max. 3 hard disk drives.
Select the ‘set factory default’ from “PASSWORD & PARAMETER/PARAMETER” in SETUP menu.
If you forget your password, press the factory RESET button on the rear panel with a straight clip for about 3 seconds. The default password see “PASSWORD & PARAMETER/PASSWORD” in SETUP manual.

Check the camera input and video output connection on DVR rear panel. If you can’t find any problem with these connections, check whether the camera power cable is firmly connected.
