Connecting the printer

Printer ports

The printer is shipped with parallel and SCSI port connectors available on the rear panel. In addition, the printer can support one optional PhaserShareª network card.

Note See ÒInterface cables and adaptersÓ on page 8-3 about ordering cables for connecting the printer.

All ports and network protocols are simultaneously active. The printer accepts print jobs on a Þrst-come, Þrst-served basis.
