3 SETTING OF BASIC COPY MODES

8 Press the [START] button.

y If the finishing mode is “Non-sort / Non-staple”, the original will be scanned and copy- ing will start. If not, proceed to steps 9 and 10.

9 Place the next original, and press the [START] button. y Data scanning of this original starts.

y The next original will also be scanned in the same manner when you press the [YES] button on the touch panel and then press the [START] button on the control panel.

y Repeat the above procedure until the scanning of the last page of the original fin- ishes.

10 When scanning of all pages has finished, press the [FINISHED] but- ton on the touch panel.

Copying starts.

When placing photo originals in other sizes

1 Press the [CUSTOM] button.

2 Key in the original size.

Key in the value of the width (X) of the original, and then press the [SET] button. Then key in its length (Y). Acceptable ranges are as follows:

Width (X): 10 to 434 mm (0.39" to 17.09")

Length (Y): 10 to 300 mm (0.39" to 11.81")
