Enter the sale amount of gasoline. The quantity of gasoline is calculated by the preset gallon unit price.

OPERATION

Same as Open Department Type of DEPARTMENT ENTRY sequence using the Department Key which is programmed as a Gasoline Sales department.

Each department is preprogrammed as the “PRESET” type (with a price programmed) or “OPEN” type (with no price programmed). Perform operation depending on the type selected.

10.6Gasoline Entry

NOTES: 1. A department should be programmed with Gasoline status and unit price.

2.The [DP#] key cannot be used for Gasoline entries.

3.The calculation result (the quantity of gasoline) will be obtained down to the 3rd digit below the decimal point. The fraction rounding method is ruled by the option selected for the Quantity Extension fraction rounding. (see NOTE 5 attached to QUANTITY EXTENSION section).

4.	The repeat entry is unavailable to a Gasoline Sales department.
5.	Gasoline sales department cannot be used as the Preset type. The sale amount of gasoline must
	be entered.
6.	The quantity of gasoline calculated will be not displayed but printed.
