7.Click Next.

The next window tells you to insert a page or photo into the scanner.

8.Place an item face down on the glass. Align the edge of the item with the arrow at the upper-left corner of the glass and close the lid.

9.Click Next.

The TWAIN Interface opens.

Note: If you are setting up the scanner for WIA, the WIA interface opens instead.
