PRINTER CONTROLLER MESSAGES

Message

C112 Sheet did not clear tray 2 wait station sensor.

C113 Tray 2 feeder failed to feed sheet from stack to SFRS.

C114 Tray 2 has low paper.

C150 Tray 1 down due to unlock button being pressed.

C151 Tray 2 down due to unlock button being pressed.

E003 Clear paper path behind right front door.

E088 A jammed sheet was successfully purged.

Explanation/action

1.Clear the tray 2 feeder.

2.Press the Continue button.

The feeder failed to move a sheet from the stack to the stack force relief sensor within the allotted time.

1.Clear the tray 2 feeder.

2.Fan the copy paper stack (tray 2).

3.Load and close paper tray 2.

4.Press the Continue button.

The tray 2 elevator was raised with insufficient paper, or the paper supply was nearly depleted during printing.

1.Clear the tray 2 feeder.

2.Load and close paper tray 2.

3.Press the Continue button.

The unlock button on Tray 1 has been pressed, and the paper tray has been lowered.

1.Open the paper tray, optionally insert more paper.

2.Close the paper tray.

The unlock button on Tray 2 has been pressed, and the paper tray has been lowered.

1.Open the paper tray, optionally insert more paper.

2.Close the paper tray.

A printer has jumped through zero without completing a job and its purge sequence.

Clear the entire paper path.

The cover was open during printing.

1.Close the HCF top cover when the printer is in standby mode.

2.Press the Continue button.

The door was open during printing.

1.Close the HCF front door while the printer is in standby mode.

2.Press the Continue button.

1.Open and close all processor covers.

2.Press the Continue button.

A tray 3 or tray 4 feeder jam occurred, but the paper was cleared from the feed head during cycledown. The feeder takeaway roll clutch is turned on for a short period before the main drives go off.
