F006 XER lost machine clock.

F007 PHR lost machine clock.

F008 CDM lost pitch reset.

F009 MIR lost pitch reset.

Explanation/action

1.Discard purged output.

There is a CPM, MIR or XER board failure. The XER machine clock passes through MIR. There may also be a harness problem between CPM and MIR or MIR and XER.
