J146	MIR self test input failure.	There has been an MIR board failure or some input signal
		line is shorted to ground.

	failure.	problem in the PHR output device or the signal line.

		If problem persists, write down the message and call your
		service representative.
J148	XER self test output	There has been an XER board failure, an off-board
	failure.	problem in some XER output device or signal line, or loss
		of +15V to the XER board.

		If problem persists, notify your service representative.
J149	XER self test A/D failure.	The failure may be caused by a XER board failure, an off
		board problem affecting analog outputs such as ñ15V, or
		a loss of some supply voltage to XER.
