	nsr=0	Non-standard frames are not reported.

	nsr=1	Non-standard frames are reported. +FTI:,
		+FCI: and +FPI: response reports are
		generated.
+FNS="string		Non-standard byte string parameter.
"		"string": string of hexadecimal coded

+FPR=n		Serial port rate control parameter:
	n=0	Automatic DTE rate detection by the
