Pressure release levers

4Grasp each side of the jammed paper.

Paper Jam C

Pull paper to the rear of the printer and then out.	Pull paper up and out.

Note: Gently pull the paper out to avoid tearing it. Whenever possible, pull the paper towards the bottom of the printer to avoid contaminating the fuser.

5Close the rear door.

Paper jam in the ADF

If the paper is jammed in the ADF, ADF Jam: Open ADF Cover and Clear Jam appears.
