The printer is ready to receive print jobs.

Receiving

The printer is receiving a fax. Wait for the message to clear.

RX Comm Error

An incoming fax transmission error has occurred. Wait for the fax to be re-sent.

Scan Calibration Error

•Make sure the scanner lock is unlocked, and then reset the printer.

•Check for debris on the scanner glass (which includes the document glass and the ADF glass), and then reset the printer.

If the message appears again, contact Customer Support, and report the message.

Scan Lock Error: Unlock Scanner

The scanner is locked. Open the scanner cover, and then unlock the scanner.

Scan Memory Near Full

There may be insufficient memory to complete the current scan job. If the job fails to scan, cancel the job, and then try scanning it again.

Scan Network Disconnect

Check the network cable connection. Make sure the network cable is securely connected to the computer and the printer.

Scan USB Disconnect

Check the USB cable connection. Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to the computer and the printer.

Scanning Page

The scanner is busy. Wait for the message to clear.

Send Email Notify: Send Email Notification

An alert has been activated on the printer that requests an e-mail notification to be sent.

Sending File

The scanned image is being sent to the selected destination. Wait for the message to clear.
