value	<n> (parameter sets/shows the result code presentation status to the TE):
	0	disable
	1	enable
	<m> (parameter shows the subscriber COLP service status in the network):
	0	COLP not provisioned
	1	COLP provisioned
	2	unknown (e.g. no network, etc.)
	<number>, <type>, <subaddr>, <satype>, <alpha>: refer +CLIP

Execute command returns the list of operator names from <numericn> that has an alphanumeric equivalent <alphan> returned.
