For assistance of any kind, contact your Distributor for support. If you do not know where you purchased your equipment, call PictureTel directly and we will assist or direct you to your appropriate Distributor if applicable.

When you call for assistance, please have the following information available:

The serial number of your software. You can find the serial number on the warranty registration card.

The LiveGateway Version number.

Information about your system’s configuration and network.

Any system error messages or error codes.

Symptoms of the problem you are experiencing.

Returning Components

To return LiveGateway components:

1.It is important that you RETURN ALL COMPONENTS ACCORDING TO THE DISTRIBUTOR’S INSTRUCTIONS.

2.If returning components directly to PictureTel, you will require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-8PICTEL (800-874-2835) to obtain the RMA.
