TAKING PHOTOS

Turn the camera on and hold it firmly us- ing both hands as shown in the picture.

\When taking vertical pictures, hold the cam- era with the flash unit at the top.

Before taking important, once-in-a-lifetime pictures such as weddings or special events, take a few test shots to make sure your cam- era is working correctly. If you bought your camera before going on a trip, shoot a roll or two to get familiar with how the camera works. Bring an extra set of batteries and keep this book with you for handy reference.

Make sure that nothing is blocking the lens, the flash, the AF (Auto-focus) win- dows or the AE (Automatic exposure) light sensor.

UTILIZACIÓN DE LA CÁMARA

Active la cámara y sosténgala firme- mente utilizando ambas manos tal y como se muestra en la ilustración.

\Cuando realice tomas de imágenes verti- cales, sostenga la cámara con la lámpara del flash hacia arriba.

Antes de efectuar tomas fotográficas impor- tantes, como las pertenecientes a una boda o a algún acontecimiento especial, realice al- gunas tomas de prueba para verificar que la cámara funcione correctamente. Si adquirió la cámara antes de emprender un viaje, dispa- re uno o dos rollos para familiarizarse con su funcionamiento.

Compruebe de no tapar con los dedos ni con la correa de la cámara el objeti- vo, el flash, las ventanillas AF (enfoque automático) o el fotosensor de expoción automática.
