System Speed Dial telephone numbers can be stored in the system memory by the Administrator station only.

➤To store a feature or System Speed number in a System Speed Dial Code

1.Press 5HGLDO, with the headset on-hook.

2.Press 6' button

	...or 6SHHG'LDO +	See Table 8 on Page 42 .
	System Speed Dial
	Code.
3.	Input the telephone
	number to be stored
	(up to 20 digits).
	...or enter the feature	See Table 4 on Page 26.

4.	Press 5HGLDO.	The information is stored in memory.

5.Repeat Steps 1~5 for each telephone number to be stored.

Clearing a Speed Dial Entry

➤Repeat the preceding procedure, skipping Step 4.
