To select a message delivery option:

1Record your message, and press #.

2Press 9 for Message Delivery Options.

3You are prompted to press one of the following buttons to:

Mark the message as Urgent.

Mark the message as Private.

Creating Personal A Personal Voice Mail List, also called a mail group, is a collection of

Voice Mail Lists extensions to which you assign a special “group number.” You can send a message to everyone on the list at the same time.

A Personal Voice Mail List is not the same as a Hunt Group or Calling

Group. For details on those groups, see “Hunt Groups and Calling

Groups” in Chapter 7.

To create a personal voice mail list (mail group):

1Pick up the handset, and press MSG button to access the mailbox.

2Dial your password, and press #.

3Dial 9 for Mailbox Options.

4Dial 3 to select Group Lists, and then dial 2 to select Create Group.

5Dial any 2-digit number, which will become the Group Number.

6After the tone, record a name for the group, and press #.

7Dial 1 to save the group name, 2 to change the group name, or * to exit without saving.

8Dial the extensions, mailbox numbers, or both, of other system users that you want to add to this group list.

9Select one of the following buttons:

Save the group list.

Cancel creation of a group.

Press * * to return to the previous menu.
