Connecting a Computer
Connect the included USB cable to the USB port of the unit (A) and of the computer.

Starting Conferencing Phone Manager
You can start Conferencing Phone Manager using any of the following methods.
–Using the shortcut icon
–From the [Start] menu Click [Start]→[All
Programs]→[Panasonic]→[Conferencing Phone Manager]→[Conferencing Phone Manager].
After Conferencing Phone Manager starts, the front panel screen is displayed.
Exiting Conferencing Phone Manager
To exit, click the icon (

From the front panel screen, you can operate the unit just as if you were using the front panel of the unit itself. For information about using the following commonly used features, refer to pages listed below.
