Sound Quality
Issue
The other party cannot hear my voice.
Possible Cause & Solution
•The unit is muted.
→If "Mute" is displayed, press [] to turn off the mute feature.
•Objects are obstructing the microphone.
→Do not obstruct the unit or an External Wired MIC during calls. Keep your hands, as well as common objects such as folders, cups, and coffee pots away from the unit and the External Wired MIC during calls.
