Note: This appliance produces very hot water. Therefore, please take care when dispensing the water in order to avoid scalding yourself. As the stainless steel parts will be hot, do not touch any stainless steel parts when using your appliance. The hot water from this appliance cannot be used for sterilising purposes.
•Carefully read these operating instructions before using the appliance for the first time and keep them in a safe place: Tefal cannot be held responsible for incorrect use.
•Do not touch the spout when it is operating as this will be hot.
•Only plug the appliance into an earthed socket. Check that the power supply voltage shown on the appliance’s rating plate corresponds to that of your installation.
•Be aware of any steam escaping from the appliance as this will be hot.

•Do not let the power supply cord hang down on the edge of a table or a work surface.

•To avoid any danger, do not use the appliance if the power supply cord or plug are damaged. You must have the power supply cord replaced by a TEFAL authorized service centre.

•Except for cleaning and scale removal in accordance with the procedures for use of the appliance, any investigations, repairs or maintenance must be carried out by a TEFAL authorized service centre.
•Any error in electrical connection negates the guarantee.
•Unplug the appliance as soon as you have finished using it for a while or when cleaning.
•All appliances are subject to rigorous quality inspection. Practical tests using appliances taken at random are conducted and this may explain any signs or marks showing prior use.
