CHOPPING AND PUREEING

WITH THE METAL BLADE

Put base on counter, with nameplate facing you.

Pick up work bowl, with handle facing you, and place it on base with handle at about 7 o'clock.

SLICING AND SHREDDING

WITH THE SLICING AND

SHREDDING DISCS

Lock bowl in place. (See 1 and 2 above.)

Turn work bowl counterclockwise until it clicks.

Place disc, cutting side down, on flat, stable surface and hold it down firmly with one hand. With other hand, line up two symbols (oand a) on stem with similar symbols on disc. Turn stem clock wise until it clicks into position.
