Chicken-Sweet Potato Pie
Yield: 6 servings
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 teaspoon salt
1(18 oz.) can vacuum packed sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon allspice

1 (6 oz.) pkg.
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced celery
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1.Combine onion and frozen mixed vegetables in dish. Cook, covered, on full power for 5 to 7 minutes, or until onion is tender and vegetables are done. Stir in soup, chicken, mushrooms, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
