Conferencing Calls

The 6751i IP Phone allows you to perform server-side conferencing with up to 3 parties. The 6751i has a Conference Key configured on the DOWN arrow of the Navigation Keys.

Conference State Screens

When you use the Conference key (DOWN arrow key) to initiate a conference call, the following screen displays.

In a conference call, the call timer moves to the left. You use the up and down arrow keys to scroll to a party on the list. You use the right arrow key to select the party to drop.

Server-Side Conferencing

The 6751i phone supports up to 3 parties (including yourself) in a conference call. This is called Server-Side Conferencing and is the default method of conferencing on the 6751i.

Note: Your System Administrator can set your Conference key to speeddial a specific number. Contact your System Administrator for more information.
