Enter length of tape in the

Format the volume (34).

 

For example:

NOTE: Not applicable for CDs.

 

volformat -p 34

If you are using a standalone

 

 

drive, you must format the volume

 

 

from the sysop interface. For

Mark the volume (34) ACTIVE

 

For example:

(-a) so AMASS can read and

 

write to it.
