CAUTION OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION. To prevent equipment damage, do not connect this equipment to mains or to any signal directly derived from mains. Short-term temporary overvoltages must be limited to 500V or less.

To prevent equipment damage in case of an overvoltage condition, do not connect this equipment to any voltage source which can deliver greater than 2A at 500V in the case of a fault. If such a fault condition is possible, insert a 2A fuse in the input line.

CAUTION CLEANING THE MODULE. Clean the outside surfaces of this module with a cloth slightly dampened with water. Do not attempt to clean the interior of this module.
