Bulb Wire Cable

Replacement Instructions

The following instructions explain how to replace the bulb wire cable in the PowerBook G4 (1GHz/867MHz) computer.

Tools

•Black stick (nylon probe tool 922-5065) or other ESD-safe, non-marring tool

•Torx T8 screwdriver

Preliminary Steps

Before you begin, remove the following:

•Battery

•Optical drive

•Logic board
