Policy Configuration CLI Commands

	In order to...	Use the following command...


	Set the default action for a given	ip access-default-action
	Policy List.

	Create an access-list rule in a	ip access-list
	specific Access List.

	Set the source list, destination list,	ip access-list-copy
	and destination module for copying
	an entire Policy List

	Set the DSCP-to-COS mapping.	ip access-list-dscp operation
	Based on range and action
	parameters, system will apply
	mapping to frames

	Designates which original frame	ip access-list-dscp trust
	fields influence internal queues
	selection

	Assign a name to a Policy List	ip access-list-name

	Add the name of an owner to a	ip access-list-owner
	Policy List

	Delete an access-list element or a	no ip access-list
	Policy List

	Activate a Policy List	ip access-group

	Deactivate a Policy List	no ip access-group

	Display the DSCP to CoS map of a	show ip access-list dscp
	policy-list

	Set the list cookie for a specific	ip access-list-cookie
	policy list

	Display an access list	show ip access-list

	Activate the “simulate” process for	ip simulate
	a packet containing a specific field

	Test the validity of a Policy List	validate-group
