5.1.6 Startingthe controller and DSM

Ifyou hav e followed the instructions in the previous sections , you should have now connected

powers ources, inputs and outputs, and the USB cable linking the PC withthe DSM. Before

youapply powerfor the first time, it is veryimportant to verify thefollowing:

HInspect all power connections for accuracy, workmans hip and tightness.

HVerifythat all wiring c onforms to applicable codes.

HCheck all signal wiring for accuracy.

1. Turn on the controller (e.g. NextMove ESB, if connected).

2. Turn on the motor power s upply.
