13.Enter the serial number of theB ase Unit and press Enter.

You can find this number on the label at the bottom of the unit. Format is a 10-digit number.
Reflashing starts.

Whenfinished successfully, a message appears and the unit will shut down. The complete process can take several minutes.
14.Unplugthe softwareflash stick from the Base Unit and start up the unit by pressing the Standby button at the front of the unit.
Afterreflashing the Base Unit,verify online whether the latest version of the Base Unit software is installed. If
not,update the Base Unit software via the web interface or via a USB stick. Referto "Accessing the ClickShare
WebInterface", page 51 an d "Retrieving software versions", page 85.
