- the name of the meeting room

- the location of the meeting room

- awelcome m essage which willbe displayed below the meeting room name and location.

Note: Thename of the meeting room is used by the Client software to identify the Base Unit it is connected to.

4. Click Apply to conﬁrm your change s.
