The display cables are not correctly
connected
Insertthe display cables to the displays
and theBase Unit.
The display does not recognize or is
notable to display the Base Unit output

BaseUnit d oes not start up correctly. A USB stick, ClickShare Button or
anotherUSB device is connected to one
ofits USB slots at start-up.
Removethe connected USB device and
restartthe unit.
Base Unit software does not start up
correctlyafter software update
Itseems to be in an e ndless loop during
startup
Torecover, connect a keyboard to the
Base Unit. When the boot selection
menucomes up, p ressthe arrow k eysto
selecta previous version of the software
andconrm by pressing Enter. Browse
to the Web interface and update the
softwareagain to the latest version.
During start-upthe Base Unit freezes
a few minutes displaying the message
“ata_id[…]: HDIO_GET_IDENTIFY failed
for …”.
Thisis a known issue.
The freezelasts maximum 2 or 3
minutes. The Base Unit starts up
normally.
Upgradethe BaseUnit to the latest
softwareversion to x the problem.
BaseUnit does not function properly. The LAN IP address the Base Unit
receivedfrom the DHCP serveris in the
192.168.1.xxxrange.
Disconnectthe LAN cable.
In Windows XP,I cannot see the
ClickShare drive in the window “My
Computer”.
This problem might be caused by a
knownissue of WindowsXP
