This function allows a user to be deleted.

1.Ensure your keypad shows idle disarmed text.

2.Press the COMMAND key. The display shows *System Command*.

3.Press the 5 key and then the 3 key.

If you prefer, you may use the Command Menu in place of steps 2 and 3 to initiate this function.

Press the MENU> soft key to enter the

Command Menu.

Press NEXT> soft key repeatedly.

When you reach the DEL USER ?> prompt, press its adjacent soft key.

4.The display changes to show Enter user # to be deleted:

Enter the user number, not the passcode. (123 is as an example.)

Press either the Enter> soft key or the ENTER button.

5.If the user number entered is a valid user in the system, the display will show Delete User 123? Are you sure?

(123 is as an example.)

If the user number entered is not a valid user in the system, the display will show This user is currently not in use.

6.Press the Yes> soft key to delete the user.

The display briefly shows that the user has been deleted before returning to idle text (123 is used as an example).
