Remote access The ability to access your Message Manager remotely from a touch tone phone.

Remote access code The four-digit code that allows you to call and access your Message Manager from a remote location.

Remote activation allows you to transfer a fax call, answered at an external phone, to the machine.

Resolution The number of vertical and horizontal lines per inch. See: Standard, Fine, Super Fine, Photo.

Ring Delay The number of telephone rings before the machine answers a call in F/T or FAX ONLY mode.
