the Setup Send menu— OR—Press 2 if you are finished choosing settings and go to Step 7. The screen prompts you to enter the fax number.

8Press Start . The FAX/MFC will wait until the time you have entered to send the fax.

Broadcasting

Using the numbers you have stored in Groups, One Touch and Speed Dial memory, you can “broadcast” faxes automatically to a maximum of 47 different locations in a few simple steps.

After the Broadcast is completed, a Broadcast Report will be printed automatically to let you know the results.

1Insert the document in the feeder.

2Press Help/Q.Scan . The screen displays how much memory is available.

3Enter the One Touch and Speed Dial numbers (one after the other) or a Group Number you have stored.

4Press Start . The FAX/MFC stores the document in memory, then transmits it to all the numbers you entered. If the line is busy, your machine will retry.

Press Stop during transmission to cancel the current fax broadcast.
