12Getting to know your phone

Handset display icons – These are the symbols you will see on your handset’s screen.

Time	Date
Shows the time in hours and minutes.	Shows the date in day/month format.

Handset name The handset name is displayed in standby mode.

Number of Calls list* entries Displays the number of

unanswered calls.

Handset number The handset number is displayed in standby mode.

Battery levels

Shows handset battery status. Scrolls when the handset is charging in the base.

Phonebook

Select icon to view the phonebook.

Calls list*

Flashes to indicate new Calls list entries.

Voice Mail Waiting Appears when you have answering machine messages. Flashes when new messages received.
