6. After the tone, speak your message clearly into the

handset and press to end recording. The prompt will

announce, “Your outgoing message is”,and your message

will be played back to you.

Check your outgoing message (via the handset)

1. Press or until display shows

Answer Settings

and select the OKoption.

2. Press or until display shows

Outgoing Message

and select the OKoption.

3. Use or to display either:

Answer & Record

OR

Answer Only

and select the OKoption.

4. Display shows

Outgoing Message

,select the Play option

and the machine will announce, “Your outgoing message

is”,and your message will be played back to you.

Select the outgoing message answer mode

Via the base:

1. Press and hold until you hear, “Please select outgoing

message”,then release the button.

2. Toselect Answer and Record, press and release or to

select Answer Only, press and release .Your chosen

message will be announced over the base speaker.
