9-2 File Operations and Re-calculation

This section explains the various operations you can perform with S • SHT mode ﬁles. It also tells you how to re-calculate the formulas in a spreadsheet.

kSpreadsheet File OperationsuTo create a new ﬁle1.In the S • SHT mode, press 1(FILE)1(NEW).•This displays a dialog box for inputting a ﬁle name.2.Enter up to eight characters for the Spreadsheet ﬁle name, and then press w.•This will display a blank spreadsheet.

#If the ﬁle name you enter in step 2 is the name of a spreadsheet ﬁle already stored in memory, the calculator will open that ﬁle instead of creating a new one.
