Accessing Setup Options

Recording the Message

Step 1 In the nonsubscriber delivery menu, press # to record your message.

Step 2 Press # when you finish recording.

Step 3 Press 1 to access Message Options. See the “Accessing Message Options” section on page 8. Step 4 Press 2 to send the message.

Accessing Setup Options

After dialing in to the Cisco Unity Express system, and pressing 4 to access setup options, choose from the following options:

1Manage your greetings. See the “Managing Greetings” section on page 9.

2Configure or change message settings. See the:

•“Using Distribution Lists” section on page 20

3Configure personal settings. See the:

4Configure language options (not available on all systems). Contact your system administrator for more information.
