Getting Help
Before obtaining service, please review the Problem Solution Guide on page 59. If you have performed the checks in the Problem Solution Guide and the problem has not yet been remedied, call your local au- thorized Dacor dealer. Your dealer can normally provide the name and telephone number of the nearest service company. Prior to requesting service, it is helpful to be familiar with the warranty terms and con- ditions listed in the warranty section of this manual.

Exposing the Model/Serial Number Plate:
The plate is located inside the oven door, in the slot, above the left hinge (inside the lower door on a double oven).
To read the model and serial number… - Push the serial number tab with
your finger.
-Pull the model/serial number plate up.
-Push plate back into place before closing door.
