DacorGuide: Cook by Food

Your oven is equipped with a great convenience: the DacorGuide Cooking System. DacorGuide takes a lot of the guesswork out of cooking. You select the type of food, and the oven will set the temperature and mode and show you the amount of time required to cook it.

How to Use DacorGuide:

Before you turn on the oven, position the racks.

If you have a double oven, press the UPPER ON/OFF or LOWER ON/OFF key to select the oven you want to use.

Press the DACOR GUIDE key.

Select the category of food you want to cook. For example: MEAT.

DACOR GUIDE HAS PRESET TEMERATURES, TIMES,

AND MODES FOR VARIOUS FOODS.

SELECT A CATEGORY

BAKERY MEAT POULTRY FISH POTATOES PIZZA

If you select BAKERY or MEAT, the oven will ask you to pick a bakery or meat cate- gory. For example: BEEF/VEAL. If you did not select BAKERY or MEAT, go to the next step.

To select the specific type of food, press the correct number on the number keypad.
