| For temperatures between 40°C and 45°C, de- |
| rate maximum allowable temperature by 1°C per |
| 125 m above 950 m (1°F per 228 ft). |
Expanded operating temperature restrictions | • Do not perform a cold startup below 5 °C. |
| • Maximum 105 W processor is supported. |
| • The following do not support the expanded |
| operating temperature range: |
| – PCIe SSDs |
| – Non |
| peripheral cards greater than 25 W |
| • When populating the sled slots in the FX2s |
| enclosure with only PowerEdge FC630 sleds: |
| – Install 104 mm width heat sink for |
| processors of less than 105 W. |
| – If you install a sled with two processors in |
| the FX2s enclosure, all sled slots in the |
| enclosure must have PowerEdge FC630 |
| sleds with the same configuration. |
| However, vacant sled slots in the enclosure |
| can be installed with sled blanks. |
