column. The other types of information available on this screen are the
following:
•IO Function - Describes the function of the device.
•Slot Number - Describes the location of the device on the GC. The
slot number refers to the card cage assembly, which is located in the
GC’s lower enclosure and which has eight slots:
-Slot 1
-Slot 2
-Slot 3
-Slot 4
-Base IO
-ROC Expansion 1
-ROC Expansion 2
-CPU.
•Revision - The revision number of the backplane.
