Follow these steps to replace the battery:
1.Remove the computer’s cover as described in Chapter 3.
2.The battery is attached to the bottom of the computer case, just behind the front panel, as shown below.

To disconnect the battery from the main system board, pull up the connector plugged into socket CN1, as shown below.
