7.Hold both sides of the ribbon cartridge with both hands and rotate it on the plastic hooks. Then pull it up until it is out of the printer.
8.Remove the new ribbon cartridge from the package.
9.Place the plastic hooks on the ribbon cartridge into the slots of the printer. Then press the cartridge until it clicks into place.
