[Notes] • Frequent write command ex ecutions by an NV memory write command m ay damage
the NV memory. Therefore, it is recomm ended t o write to the NV memory less than
10 times a day.
• If the power is turned off or the printer is reset via an interf ace while this command is
being executed, the printer may go int o an abnor m al condition. Be careful not to
turn the power off or let the printer be reset v ia an interface while this com m and is
being executed.
• While processing thi s com mand, the printer is BUSY while writing t he data to the NV
memory and stops receiving data. Therefore, be sure not to t ransmit data, including
the real-time commands, while t he pr i nter is BUSY.
• When <Function 48, 51, or 64> is transmitted, the data fol l owing must not be
transmitted until the status is received. And, it will be necessary to perform the
ESC/POS Handshaking Protocol procedures when using <Function 64> .
