DANGER
Building codes prohibit a fryer with its open tank of hot oil/shortening from being installed
beside an open flame of any type, including those of broilers and ranges.
Upon arrival, inspect the fryer carefully for visible or concealed damage. (See Receiving and Unpacking Equipment in Section 2.7.)
CAUTION
