Possible Solution

1.When the battery is dead there will be a beep when the power is turned on and the notebook will immediately go into Critical Low Battery Suspend mode. (See pages

25-26.)Check the Status Indicator panel to determine the presence and condition of the battery. (See pages 20-21.)Install the battery if it is not installed or a Power adapter if all batteries are dead or unavailable. (See pages 12 and 48-49.)
