Setting Directories

You can designate the directory where to save incoming and outgo- ing messages as follows:

1.Press [F8] to display the Setup menu.

2.Press [8] to display the Directories menu.

3.Press [Enter] to select “Message Directory”. Message Directory appears in the command line.

4. Press [ /] to select a directory name.

5.Press [Insert] to make a new directory name.

6.Type a new directory name (for example, MESSAGE).

7.Press [Enter].

8.Press [/] .

9.Press [Enter] to select directory name.

10.Press [Esc] twice to return to standby.
