FILE OPERATIONS

This chapter describes how to prepare, edit, save and print files (mes- sages).

Preparing a Message

There are two types of files: routine and confidential.

Messages can be assigned a file name and saved to a floppy disk for later use. A message may contain maximum 124254 characters (32 Kbytes).

Preparing a routine message

1. Press [F1] to display the File menu.
