8Replace the card holder over the card guide and the end of the expansion card.

9Replace the screw in the expansion card bracket to secure the card.

10Connect any cables to the card. See the card documentation for the proper cable orientation.

11Close the case. See “Closing the case” on page 20.

12Reconnect the peripherals and the power cord, then turn on the system.

You may need to reconfigure the server after installing some expansion cards. You may also need to install software that came with the card. Check the card documentation for additional information.

Replacing the power supply

The 200-W power supply provides all system power.

To replace the power supply:

1Turn off the system and disconnect the power cord and all peripherals.

2Open the case. See “Opening the case” on page 18 and “Preventing static electricity discharge” on page 17.
