3Remove the specified bin.

4Reattach the bin.

5Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet.

6Restart the printer.

If the error occurs again:

1Turn the printer off.

2Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

3Remove the specified bin.

4Contact Customer Support.

Press to clear the message and print without using the specified bin.

Reattach bin <x> – <y>

Try one or more of the following:

Turn the printer off and then back on.

If the error occurs a second time: 1 Turn the printer off.
